Take a look at my best dip recipes. These easy dips are my favorite dips and I could easily make anyone of them my dinner. But I don't! Whether you choose to make these dips for parties or just because, I think you will find at least one that more than satisfies!
I love easy dip recipes! From hot to cold dips, these appetizers are always the first to disappear.
Whether I make them for a family event or as a dip for parties, dips are universally loved.
These, mostly cream cheese based dips, though not all, are also great spread on toast when you have leftovers.
Many of them can be made ahead and kept in the fridge in an airtight container for those moments when you just need a quick bite.
Dips somehow satisfy until dinnertime!

FYI
When Lipton's French onion soup became popular in the 50's, part of their advertising was making a dip with sour cream and an envelope of French onion soup mix. Yes, I still make it and love it!
Cheesy Warm Dips

This easy dip recipe with roasted tomatoes and Boursin cheese is not just simple to make, it is delish! Caramelize the tomatoes and stir in the cheese!

Baked Onion Dip with Black Pepper
A warm dip is perfect for cold days and this onion dip with lots of black pepper and chopped onion disappears fast!

There are a million ways to make a green chili dip. However this one is even better when made with hot pepper jam. Tell me what you think!

A best dip recipe post would not be complete without a chile con queso recipe. We love this cheesy dip and even pour it over macaroni, enchiladas or taquitos. Secret tip-add a slice of American cheese and this dip won't congeal while waiting to disappear!

My favorite dips post wouldn't be complete without Mom's three ingredient artichoke dip. I always have the ingredients on hand just in case someone drops by! Which I hope they do, because I love this dip!

Pimento Cheese with Green Chiles
Every time the kids come home I try to have this in the fridge. This riff on standard pimento cheese has green chiles and peppadews to add extra flavor. Spread on burgers or crackers or make a grilled cheese with it!

Who doesn't love guacamole? My version has a touch of tequila and chipotle and for extra flavor I added some dried pineapple. You won't believe how good it is!
Mediterranean Dip Recipes

Whipped cream cheese and sour cream makes this easy dip not quite as rich as many dips. This light, somewhat healthy dip, is a must for tahini lovers. With sesame and turmeric it is a unique combo to add to your easy dips files and no one can guess the ingredients!

Made with white beans, this is a riff on a Mexican layer dip, except this one is made with olives and artichokes and red peppers-just clean out the fridge with this!

Salsa with Hominy and Blueberries
An unusual combination, but totally good!

Made with fresh tomatoes, I make this easy version in a food processor. This is so fresh and good!
Asian Dips

Asian dips are hard to come by, but this one is made with tofu in a food processor. The texture is just like really creamy hummus and when mixed with garlic you don't even know it's tofu. This dip does have a few steps, but the results are worth it!

If you love peanut sauce you will love this Thai pork dip made with basically a peanut sauce. Serve with rice crackers or shrimp chips!
