It’s official — yours truly is one of the contestants on Season 2 of “The Great American Recipe”!
Premiering June 19th at 8pm MT / 9pm ET on PBS, the show features nine talented home cooks with a wide diversity of cooking styles influenced by their varied backgrounds. From Guyanese to Greek, Libyan to Lithuanian, Caribbean to Native American, Midwestern to Traditional Hawaiian, we represent the delicious diversity of American home cooking.
Hosted by Alejandra Ramos, this uplifting competition celebrates the multiculturalism that makes American food so vibrant and unique. Each episode challenges us cooks to showcase two of our beloved signature dishes as we compete to win the national search for “The Great American Recipe.”
Bringing their professional insights and deep culinary knowledge to encourage and support us along the way are judges Leah Cohen, Tiffany Derry, and Graham Elliot.
