Beer Cheese Dip (Zoe Approved)

8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese
½ c sour cream
¼ c mayonnaise
4 T butter
4 T prepared horseradish
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 T sugar
½ t black pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 t salt
½ t Worcestershire sauce
2 t paprika
1 t smoked paprika
½ c FLAT pale ale
½ c buttermilk


With steel blade in food processor, finely chop cheese with the cream cheese, pulsing until somewhat smooth. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, butter and horseradish and combine well.

Add rest of ingredients, except buttermilk. Combine well by pulsing and make sure to scrape the bowl down.

With motor running, drizzle buttermilk in until dip is the consistency you prefer. You may not use all of it.

Serve with pretzels, crackers or veggies!
