Description

Who doesn’t love potato chips and bacon? Combined with a bit of cheese and some spicy sweet jam, this is a great appetizer!


Ingredients

12 Sturdy Potato Chips
3 Slices of Cooked Thick Peppered Bacon cut into 4 pieces each (I used my candied bacon cooked in strips on a rack or use any cooked bacon)
12 dollops of goat cheese
12 dollops of red chile jam
Green Onion for Garnish
