Description

I love Hello Dolly, 7 layer bars and this matzo version is no different. Make this easy Passover treat!

Ingredients

Units Scale

3 Sheets Matzo

2 c nuts (I prefer salted, because this confection is on the sweet side.)

1 c chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

1 c white chocolate chips

1 c shredded coconut (I like the sweetened because it is not so dry)

1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Sprinkles!

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment and spray with cooking spray.

Place the matzo in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. You may need to break one to fill in the sides.

Sprinkle the nuts, chips and half the coconut on top.

Drizzle the condensed milk on top and sprinke with remaining coconut. Now add the sprinkles!

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown. Watch closely to make sure the coconut does not burn.

Remove and allow to cool . I often place it in the fridge so it cools faster.

Notes

This is a sweet dessert, so you may want to sprinkle salt flakes on top, though everyone loves them as is.

Sprinkles are totally optional, but kids love them.

Feel free to use different kinds of chips, but milk chocolate will make this very sweet.
