So many ways to use pizza dough! What is you favorite? Mine is making these killer garlic rolls!

Pizza Rolls:

1 lb pizza dough at room temperature

1/3 c grated Parmigiano Reggiano

1 t coarse salt

1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes

1 t garlic powder

2 t oregano

1 t paprika

Garlic olive oil

Preheat oven to 400.

Roll out pizza dough to about a 12” roll. then roll out into a rectangle about 12” long and 6” wide. Using a pastry brush, brush with garlic oil.

Combine seasonings, grated cheese, and mix well. Sprinkle on pizza dough and roll up as you would a jelly roll. Cut up into 12 equal slices.

Place each side cut side up into a greased muffin cup that has been greased with garlic oil. Let rise as long as you can before placing on oven and baking for 15 minutes.

One way we love to use leftover pizza dough! And honestly, I buy pizza dough just to make these!
