This onion dip is so good. Much better than those that are out there. Our family hopes you give it a try!

Units Scale

8 oz cream cheese – light or not
1/3 c sour cream – light or not
4 green onions chopped
1/4 of a large onion
1 good dash of Worcestershire sauce (Gives some zing!)
1 good squeeze anchovy paste (This doesn’t make it taste like anchovies. It just gives it some salt.)
1/4 of a large onion chopped finely

Place all ingredients except the chopped onion into a food processor. Process until is combined and creamy.

Check for seasoning. You may want to add more Worcestershire or anchovy paste at this point, but that is up to you!

Stir in chopped onion and if you want this creamier, you could even add 1-2 T of mayo. Chill in the fridge for a few hours to let the flavors come together. But that is up to you! Just remember to share!
